The only 'Game-Changer' the USA could ever send anywhere would be a Foreign Policy Initiative that in any way reflected the interests of Native Born Working-Americans as opposed to not-entirely attractive Globalists who by any reasonable criteria are unregenerate psychopaths, but honestly, apart from that, they have nothing in common with each other.

I mean, Soros and the late-Albright could have been separated as Twins at Birth, Soros' 'humane' worldview is informed, as these people's humane world views so often are, by their troubled childhood experiences as Jews in Wartime, and Albright herself, astonishingly, discovered later in life "in the late 1990s . .  just how vulnerable her family's position in Europe had been.

The Washington Post newspaper discovered more than a dozen of her relatives, including three grandparents, were killed during the Holocaust for being Jewish. I just put all the above together - haha - as an intellectual exercise in demonstrating how easy it is to see patterns in things, to draw erroneous conclusions from that, and then to circulate them on the Internet in the form of Conspiracy Theories so that they accrue a sort of apparrent credibility and potentially very dangerous life of their own.

This is why I support 'the UK Government’s Online Safety Bill, which will task Ofcom with clamping down on “harmful” online content (hate speech, bullying, terrorism, conspiracy theories etc.) by threatening such providers with web-blocks, fines and possibly even jail' and also,  across the Atlantic, President Biden's creation of a Disinformation Governance Board.

Because, regardless of my silly wittering above about Twins etc, I really just believe that not-entirely attractive Globalists who also happen to be unregenerate psychopaths - perfectly decent people like you or I might meet on any other day of the week,  that is to say - really do not have anything in common with each other but a penchant for a Globalistic-type idealism and a harmlessly eccentric inclination towards unregenerate psychopathology -
