(Always go to the BBC first to find out what it is you are supposed be thinking- with it's quasi-official compulsory tax-funded status as the Nation's Broadcaster, it is The Oracle)

I cannot now find the BBC News version of the following headline from 6th March, posted five days BEFORE the Mariupol Hospital bombing, and perhaps the BBC has pulled it  - the point being that mere Ukrainian allegations of the Russians bombing hospitals were being posted up as serious Headline News by all the British MSM outlets in concert, the story being taken from the  Reuters News Agency (lazy, eh?) - with no effort being made at confirming any details at all.

Russians ‘bombing hospitals and nurseries’ as 1.5m flee Ukraine

( Source :-

The Mariupol Hospital Bombing was given saturation coverage five days later, presumably on the basis that there was a specific Hospital Building that had actually been bombed , but then why didn't the MSM bother to locate these previous hospitals that the Ukrainians alleged had been shelled before putting up headlines which they knew perfectly well the mass of MSM consumers would take as literal fact?

The Mariupol Hospital may or may not have had any patients or staff in it ( and there IS room for honest doubt, suppressed, naturally, by the MSM

https://csarlog.blogspot.com/2022/03/please-circulate-as-widely-as-possible.html?m=1 )

but if that were indeed the case, the death toll is given as three, two adults and one child.
Three civilian casualties, no?

But to the non-pathological mind, surely,  ALL civilian casualties are equal?

The MSM does not however, appear to regard all civilian casualties as equal - for example 22 dead,  including three children, in a Hospital in Afghanistan are regarded as less important than two adults and one child in a Hospital in the Ukraine -   ergo the MSM is a pathological mindset :-

'On October 3, a U.S. AC-130 gunship attacked a hospital run by Médecins Sans Frontières in Kunduz, Afghanistan, partially destroying it. Twelve staff members and 10 patients, including three children, were killed, and 37 people were injured. According to MSF, the U.S. had previously been informed of the hospital’s precise location, and the attack continued for 30 minutes after staff members desperately called the U.S. military.

The U.S. first claimed the hospital had been “collateral damage” in an airstrike aimed at “individuals” elsewhere who were “threatening the force.” Since then, various vague and contradictory explanations have been offered by the U.S. and Afghan governments, both of which promise to investigate the bombing. MSF has called the attack a war crime and demanded an independent investigation by a commission set up under the Geneva Conventions.'
